New Post after so many months!!!

I think th elast time I wrote was when I was in NC, but I think a lot of my friends try to catch the news trough David's blog or facebook.
There is so many things I want to share, what the Lord has done and is doing in my life, but I am kind of tired because of the pregnancy so I will do it as soon is possible.

Please keep praying for us and just wanted it to share that the Lord is GOOD all the time, even when my faith is the size of a mustard seed, he does soemething with that, but He is also teaching me that I have to trust HIM first.

June Update :)

Sorry is been more then a month since I wrote something, but Mom ( my mother in law) said that it will be a good idea to share my side of what the Lord is doing in our lives here during our stay at JAARS in NC.
This month the news are, that two of my kids ,one just turned 1 year old yesterday Jonathan and Joni Karina is turning 12 this Friday. Joshua is doing good and having piano lessons from a very gifted missionary here in our apartment complex and she is providing them for free :)

My kids are happy going to a summer program here in JAARS everyday, it runs from 8:30 am till 12pm, devotions, crafts, games and pool time :)

I am still volunteering 2 days at the gift shop and 1 day at vernacular services with the translation of the scripts, I finished with 7 but we need to have them in the right format.

This season here in JAARS is been a gift from the Lord, a spiritual retreat if you can call it that way, a season to inspire us to grow and seek our Abba Father, our Provider, trough his word in the scripture and trough prayers.

It would be a long list of blessings if I start sharing with you, but we can only Praise him at this time and we are grateful for letting us see that even in our sin he love us and cares for us.

I get to meet a lot of neat people that inspire me to serve Him, to meet people that really want to serve HIM one of them is Catherine Carpenter from Australia they are finishing here this week and going to Papua New Guinea (PNG) to serve with her husband who is a pilot, she is such a neat girl, but is hard to say goodbye we have just started to get know each other a little bit more and how God is working in our hearts.

I guess I am getting a taste of being a missionary :) getting to meet friends that feel more like sisters and brothers and I know we are!! in Christ!!! :) and then we have to say goodbye.
Hey maybe that is why David told me missionaries don't say goodbye!!! we say I will see you soon!!!!

Well at this point the only certain plan in our journey to be missionaries still the Technical Evaluation in October, we don't know which Mission Organization the Lord is going to choose for us, we have three options and they are wonderful. Please pray for wisdom and obedience in our part when the Lord reveals that to us.

We will let you know as soon as we know.

Changing subjects I think I forgot to talk about my daughter Jennifer due September 20, she is doing great, very active in my belly and I am feeling very good.
A month ago my Dr and my nutritionist were worried about my weight :) being to low, but I gained 8 pounds this month so I started with 140 stayed that way till last month, now I am 148 :)
My nutritionist said, in the chart it looks like I need to gain more weight LOL but I do eat a lot!!!but very healthy ( beans, rice, salads, soups, fruits, veggies) So she said I am fine!!!

Crazy people !!!

Well I think that is all the bring news for now,oh but I wanted to share something, To give GOD THE GLORY , we want to say Thanks to God for providing half of the money we need it for the Technical Evaluation trough a brother and sister in Christ that are very faithful to God and good stewards of the blessings the Lord provides for them, they told us they been praying (as they always do before making a financial decision) and that the Lord press upon their hearts to give that amount to us.

We were not worry about the money because we still have some stuff at home that we need to sell, but we did pray for it and we are praying for all our needs to be provided by HIM.

When we ask our friends to pray for a need that we have is not for a lack of faith, but we believe in the power of prayer, and the prayers of the saints and the power of the prayers of people that care for us and love us.

We still have the need of the rest of the money so please do pray for that, I won't give you the amount because the Lord knows what we need. :)

I don't know how many people read my blog anyways :) but when I write here is for all the people that knows me as a friend ,coworker, sister or brother in Christ or family member. Hey maybe somebody that just got the blog by mistake :)

But this blog is all about My Lord , My Savior Jesus Christ and how much I love him and how he touches my life everyday.

Mathew 6:33 "But seek first HIS KINGDOM and HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, and all this things will be given to you as well"

Chao for now!!!!

Finally I made a new Post :)

So this will be the one for April, We moved and we are enjoying being here and also the many blessings that God is pouring in our lives.

David and I are just so in love with what God is doing here in JAARS, we don't know if we will be accepted but we are just thankful for the time we know we have here until October.

You can keep up with what is going on with him in his own blog because the only thing I know about airplanes is kind of the same that I know about cars :) they take me to point A to point B :)

I am volunteering my time at the Gift Shop in the mornings and also 1 day a week at Vernacular Media Services for translation of scripts for small movies that they use overseas.

We feel that the Lord is providing this time here at JAARS to learn, to enjoy this extra time that we have with each other and also to see first hand how the body of believers can work for HIS KINGDOM. Even when we are imperfect/sinners he does use us if we answer the call to serve HIM.

I love having the husband( David) around more, I though I was going to hate this time with him around all this extra time :) But is proving to be nice :)

I miss my sisters, but is not that hard because I know I will be back in October.

The kids enjoy being outside after doing homework and chores ( nice for me too) We started going out for a walk almost everyday after dinner.

So that is all for now if I have something interesting I will share it with you.

Love

Maggy

March News

Well we are moving, we are out of our house and staying with GreatGram until our move to NC this saturday the 28 of March.
We are tired, I been sick, Joni and Jonathan also are sick with the cold and of course Gram is sick now :(
I am going to try to update at least once a month from now on.
Joan and Joni are excited to move to NC, thank God for that provision !!!
I am a mixture of feelings now because I am pregnant and my sisters are very close to me and I will miss them.
But God knows better and I know this is part of his training also and HE is so good to us that he knows we need this before we leave overseas.
So many smal details that you have to remember when you are moving and that can be so stressfull but I will trust and put those in his hands.
I don't want to take away the blessings that he will pour over us, I don't mean material blessings by this, but the blessing of enjoying to be in HIS will, to be near HIM and that happens a lot when you trust and obey just like the song. :)
Baby # 4 is doing fine so far even with Mami feeling so sick not from him/her but from the allergies that been so hard on me this season.
David is excited and looking forward to learn and be a real mechanic :)
He doesn't need it to be a missionary pilot but it will make me feel so much better to know that he knows the engine that he will fly over whatever jungle he is going to be :)
Friends and family members are excited for us but they know after this trip,we will be taking another one that will take us away for at least 4 years.
So they are not ready to say goodbye yet.
God is been good to us during this time of change.
HE IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!!!

More updates

Yesterday I went for my first visit to see my OB Doctor and I got to see the baby #4 is amazing how God creates life, is a little gummy bear :)
I am so tired, cranky, I feel so sick, worst is allergy season, so I can add that to the list of being pregnant.
Jonathan is so good and a happy baby he takes a lot of naps during the day, so I take naps with him, I get some kind of energy around noon and after 5pm I fell tired again, Joni and Josh are a lot of help, what a blessing that is for me ( of course when they are not fighting with each other )
David is going to finish school tomorrow so that means I will have him for a couple of hours in the morning ( to bug me :) so we can start packing .
I am feeling overwhelmed I hate moving and worst I don't think I am a big helper right now. But with God everything is possible :) so I will ask for prayers in this area.
I know the move has a lot of emotions in it for so many reasons, but I am still feeling at peace about doing this.
God is providing and always faithfull even when my faith is so small sometimes, during these days I been praying a lot for others and my heart is been touch deeply with the needs that others have, we live in a world that is imperfect and full of sin and sinners like me, I don't know what I would do without the Lord's salvation and mercy in my life, I am so gratefull that God allowed me to meet HIM.
The needs of HIS people are so many, but HE is in control, my mind is so small to comprehend his will, but the only thing I know is that HE is always just, merciful and always there for his children, even when we are bad.
I cry when I know of the many needs and trials, that many of his children are enduring now, but I also pray that they can see HIS arms around them in a special way. Sometimes I do ask HIM to come soon :) well lets say almost all the time.
Well anyway these are the news for now.
Love in Christ our Savior and Redeemer

More news !!!

We are moving !!! to NC after 11 years we are going back :) when I came from Ecuador the first state I lived in was NC,David was a marine and I didn't speak any english and I didn't drive either.
Joni was born in NC 11 years ago.
Well anyways the Lord is opening an opportunity for David and us to do an internship with www.jaars.com great mission aviation organization that helps translators of the bible.
God is giving me peace to go, and that can only come from HIM and even now that I know I am pregnant, I think we are taking this like another step or training for the whole family, our time to serve the Lord overseas is getting closer and we are making sure we are prepared with prayers and taking every need and every decision to HIM first.
Please pray for us if you read this blog, we want to go where he needs us and we know he will provide peace wherever we go.

UPDATES from 2008-2009

Ok where do I start? I have two new babies in my side of the family, from my younger sister Jennifer she delivered a little girl that was born on december the 25th and my other sister Karol she delivered a baby boy on December 28. We are so happy and they are doing great.
Well THE BIG NEWS IS I AM PREGNANT AGAIN!!!
I want it t have another baby but I was not planning on having him/her so soon, but we are saying thanks to God for the life that is growing inside of me, he is the giver of life, who am I to ask why now ?LOL
But we are happy and the kids are too :)
No news on the mission front yet, we found out that JAARS has a internship program for mechanics, so we did apply, so we are waiting to see what happens.
David is scheduled to go to Idaho in April for 2 weeks for a test of his aviation skills,I think ? but anyways is part of the process.
I love both organizations and I hope God will open either doors for us to serve HIM.
All I have is Praises and thanksgiving for HIM for the Lord who changed my life, the one that I can't live without.
I heard a song this morning it said something like I want to serve you, because I want people to see that you are more than a name in the pages of history, you are the air that I breathe, the water I thirst for, you are everything to me. While I was dropping Joni at her school, my prayer for her and my kids is that they may know the Lord as their Savior and that they can obey HIM and follow HIM and serve HIM, that is my prayer for my kids today.
